Waukesha, WI- Yesterday at a fundraising event, state representative Scott Allen and candidate for mayor of Waukesha announced several endorsements.

The following officials have endorsed Rep Allen for mayor:

"I'm grateful to be endorsed by such fine community leaders, " said Rep Allen.

Several of the leaders provided comments to 51 attendees at La Estacion Restaurant.

Council Member Wigderson stated in an emailed statement, "I've known Scott Allen for 25 years. He was actually the one who encouraged me to run for Alderman in Waukesha district 3 because he truly understands how important it is to have people in local government who care and show up. Scott has the experience and leadership with the Common Council and, as Mayor, he'll also be a strong connection between our city and the state legislature."

Scott Allen was endorsed by former Sheriff Arnold Moncada and current Sheriff Eric Severson at a meeting at Dady-Oh’s Restaurant in downtown Waukesha.

“Scott has been a dedicated servant of the community for years,” said Moncada, “and I
know he’s committed to public safety.”

According to Sheriff Severson, Scott “has consistently come down on the side of law
enforcement.”
